The monument to the miners who fell in Mitrovica is a cultural heritage dedicated to the partisan miners of Mitrovica who fell during the Second World War.
The monument to miners who fell during World War II was built in the town of Mitrovica in 1973. It was designed by Serbian architect and dissident Bogdan Bogdanovic.
Some sources say that this monument or this monument is dedicated to the long tradition of mining in the city of Mitrovica.
